Hello, I'm Joe Stager and would like to introduce myself and our company.
EXPERIENCE
I began working in the fastener industry out of high school and during my career worked for both private and public companies. I have experience producing and distributing fasteners for industrial, automotive and construction industries.
"SEASONED VETERAN"
My career started on the shop floor providing a solid foundation. I not only understand how to produce fasteners, but the importance of listening, learning, and mentoring (and treating everyone with respect!) I was involved in industry leading technologies for manufacturing, computer software, and distribution programs.
I held management positions in manufacturing, design, engineering, QC, product management, distribution, sourcing, training, marketing and sales. I took great pride in supporting associates so they could create and contribute to the success of the company.
My wife Fay and I lived in Ohio, Nevada, California, Michigan, and North Carolina. We were very fortunate to have met so many great people around the USA and worldwide.
For over 35 years, I worked specifically in supplying fasteners for metal buildings, metal roofing, siding, trim, post frame, & steel framing applications. I have four patents for fasteners used in construction:
