Thank you for taking time to visit our website to learn more about PHASE-3 FASTENERS LLC. I'm Joe  Stager and would like to introduce myself and our company.

EXPERIENCE
I started on the shop floor manufacturing a wide variety of fasteners for industrial, automotive and construction applications.  During my career0  I was involved in industry leading technologies for manufacturing, computer software, and distribution programs.  

I held management positions in manufacturing, design, engineering, QC, product management, distribution, sourcing, training, marketing and sales. I took great pride in supporting associates so they could create and contribute to the success of the company. 

My wife Fay and I lived in Ohio, Nevada, California, Michigan, and North Carolina and were very fortunate to have met so many great people around the USA and worldwide. 

For over 35 years, I worked specifically in supplying fasteners for metal buildings, metal roofing, siding, trim, post frame, & steel framing applications.  I have four patents for fasteners used in construction:

• Zinc head screws 
• Backout resistant screws
• Hillside washer for bracing systems 
• Anti-burr threaded screw for attaching metal panels and trim to wood.

Now it’s time for the next “phase"...
I started  PHASE-3 FASTENERS LLC to provide you assistance in designing, specifying, and sourcing standard and specialty fasteners used in your metal building, roof and wall systems. Our services are intended to help you purchase directly from a fastener manufacturer that provides better control of the performance, packaging, inventory replenishment,  marketing, and costs.
